These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Train Wright Wrestling website, memberships, digital content, products, and services.
Train Wright Wrestling is operated by Trained Wright LLC (“Trained Wright,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a membership or service, or otherwise using Train Wright Wrestling, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Minors
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to purchase a membership, create a paid account, or enter into a purchase agreement with Train Wright Wrestling.
Parents and legal guardians may purchase memberships and permit their minor children to access wrestling instructional content through the parent or guardian's account and under appropriate supervision.
Minor children should not independently create paid accounts, purchase memberships, submit payment information, or provide personal information through Train Wright Wrestling without the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
For private lessons, camps, clinics, and other services involving minor participants, registration and required agreements must be completed by the participant's parent or legal guardian when required.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising their minor child's use of Train Wright Wrestling and determining whether particular wrestling or training content is appropriate for the child's age, experience, and ability.
2. Memberships and Subscriptions
Train Wright Wrestling may offer paid memberships that provide access to wrestling instruction, videos, training resources, educational materials, or other member benefits.
Membership features, content, and pricing may change over time. Current membership details and pricing will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, recurring memberships automatically renew at the applicable billing interval until canceled.
You authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your account for applicable recurring membership fees.
3. Membership Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring membership through the cancellation options made available through your account or by contacting us when applicable.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically provide a refund for amounts already paid.
After cancellation, access may continue through the end of the already-paid billing period.
4. Refunds
Except where otherwise stated during a specific purchase or required by applicable law, payments for digital memberships and digital content are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.
Refund and cancellation rules for private lessons, camps, clinics, events, or other services may be stated separately during registration or booking.
Nothing in these Terms limits refund rights that cannot legally be waived.
5. Accounts
Certain portions of Train Wright Wrestling may require an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
Membership accounts are intended for the registered user or household as specified by the applicable membership offering. You may not sell, publicly distribute, or provide unauthorized access to your account.
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account is being misused, shared contrary to the applicable membership terms, or used in violation of these Terms.
6. Wrestling and Training Content
Train Wright Wrestling provides wrestling instruction and other athletic educational content.
Wrestling and physical training involve inherent risks. Techniques, drills, exercises, and training methods shown through Train Wright Wrestling may not be appropriate for every individual or situation.
Users are responsible for training appropriately for their experience and physical condition and for obtaining appropriate supervision.
Minors should practice wrestling techniques and physical training under appropriate adult and coaching supervision.
Our website content does not constitute medical advice or individualized medical treatment.

7. Rules and Competition
Wrestling rules differ among organizations, styles, age divisions, and competitions.
Train Wright Wrestling does not guarantee that every technique demonstrated on the website will be permitted under every wrestling ruleset.
Users and their coaches are responsible for determining whether a technique or activity complies with the rules applicable to their competition or organization.
8. Private Lessons, Camps and Clinics
Train Wright Wrestling or Trained Wright LLC may separately offer private instruction, camps, clinics, or other in-person services.
Participation may require additional registration forms, policies, waivers, releases, parent or guardian consent, or other agreements.
Purchasing or accessing website content does not automatically entitle a member to private lessons, camps, clinics, or other services unless specifically included in the applicable offering.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the videos, photographs, graphics, logos, written materials, training resources, website design elements, and original content made available through Train Wright Wrestling are owned by or licensed to Trained Wright LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a membership gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the content included with your membership.
It does not transfer ownership of that content to you.
10. Prohibited Use of Content
Without our written permission, you may not:
Copy or redistribute paid Train Wright Wrestling content;
Upload our paid videos or materials to another website, platform, or social-media account;
Sell, sublicense, or commercially distribute our content;
Share membership access in an unauthorized manner;
Record or reproduce substantial portions of paid content for redistribution;
Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices; or
Use our content to create a competing commercial content library.
Coaches and athletes may apply concepts and techniques learned through Train Wright Wrestling during normal wrestling instruction and training. These Terms are intended to protect our content, not prevent legitimate use of the wrestling knowledge being taught.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the website to violate applicable law, interfere with website security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, impersonate another person, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
12. Third-Party Services
Train Wright Wrestling may rely on third-party providers for website hosting, payment processing, scheduling, communications, analytics, and other functions.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be governed by those providers' terms and privacy policies.
13. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific wrestling results, competition outcomes, athletic improvement, scholarship opportunities, team placement, or other results from using Train Wright Wrestling content or services.
Results vary based on numerous factors, including individual effort, experience, training, coaching, physical condition, and competition.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Train Wright Wrestling and its content and services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those expressly provided by us.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trained Wright LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or digital content.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Participation in in-person wrestling instruction, camps, clinics, or similar activities may be governed by a separate participant agreement and waiver.
16. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Train Wright Wrestling when a user materially violates these Terms, misuses the website, infringes intellectual-property rights, engages in fraudulent activity, or creates security or safety concerns.
Termination for violation of these Terms may result in loss of access to membership content.
17. Privacy
Use of Train Wright Wrestling is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected and used.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our website, memberships, services, or legal obligations change.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. When required, additional notice or consent will be provided.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
